• Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson will both be Batman.

• Bruce will have the yellow Batman emblem on his chest bat.   

• Dick Grayson will not.
•  Damian Wayne will continue to be Robin.

• Dick is going to remain the Batman for Gotham City.

• Bruce is will handle the worldwide franchising in Batman, Inc. 

• Dick Grayson ‘Batman’ will be featured in Detective Comics, Batman and Robin, and Batman.

• Bruce Wayne ‘Batman’ will be featured in Batman, Inc. and the Batman: The Dark Knight written and drawn by David Finch.
